Marble is the traditional choice for serving cheese because it helps keep the cheese cool during service. The Gray Marble Cheese Slicer from RSVP is crafted from a solid slab of natural gray marble and fitted with a chromed arm and cheese wire that neatly slices a variety of soft to medium hard cheeses. The underside has 4 rubber feet that hold the slicer fast while protecting table surfaces, and a chromed slicing handle for a bit more style. The RSVP Gray Marble Cheese Slicer measures 9" x 6" and includes 2 extra wire cutter replacements.
