What parts come with the pasta roller?
The pasta roller attachment includes the roller, fettuccini cutter, linguini fini cutter and cleaning brush, as well as a use and care guide.

How do I keep the pasta roller clean? Doesn't the dough stick?
Pasta roller attachment parts are not dishwasher safe. To clean, just wipe the outside of the rollers and cutters lightly with a lightly damp cloth. Use the brush to clean the roller or cutters. Air drying these parts after cleaning them is recommended.

I see a dark residue in my dough. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
A food safe lubricant may initially be seen on the roller or dough. The lubricant prevents rust from occurring during shipment. With the first use you may need to run successive pieces of dough through the rollers and then discard the dough. You could also hold a damp paper towel on the underside of the roller while it rotates to remove the excess lubrication.
